Whats this
Whats this? a fuel return or somthing?
 prob a stupid question its on the back passenger side cant be pump or sender unit as they on other side never spotted it before so wondered what it is

Fuel tank — Illustration #2, Subaru IMPREZA — Subaru parts catalog
Says fuel metering ? Not sure how as the float is on the pump assembly. |

tis part of the fuel return system,think about it and the main fuel filter in the enginebay is on the same side...
