Sigma Alarm System - M30 Operating Instructions

as most of you are well aware i have problems with my alarm, due to the bandwidth of the alarm.i have emailed a guy on scooby net who works for sigma, i told him that my local subaru dealer in hull had been in touch with him for the new unit " as of which sigma give free of charge as a good will gesture to any vehicle which has the sigma alarm fitted ". i told him my problems, that i can unlock the car and start the engine. but sometimes in certain area's the key fob refuses to work due to aerial masts etc & that i do not have the pin code for the alarm  . he told me my dealer is totally wrong in the information he has given me, he said as long as i can disarm the alarm with the key fob i can change the pin number " which i also haven't got either  " i told him the subaru dealer in hull wanted 60 + vat for fitting the free of charge unit on the alarm . he said it looks like subaru dealers are taking them for a ride & would like to hear from anyone else that has been given this info, because they are issuing these units free of charge unnecesarilly.especially when the subaru dealers know how to change the pin without resorting to a unit change  i have asked him if he knows how to get hold of a sigma m30 manual for me, he hasn't got back in touch as yet so i will let you all know how i get on  fingers crossed

whoops forgot to mention the subaru dealer in hull said he can't get me the codes because the pin code was put in outside of the uk, strange mine is a uk model :? and that the only fix is for a new unit from sigma to be put in
