road angel classic vs. road angel 2

can anyone fill me in with details concerning the road angel gps laser detectors please?
can get the road angel classic for £270, is it worth getting the road angel 2 instead for a wapping £400 (this comes with an extra laser detector as an offer, said to be for a bumper, although the retailer said more for rear window as quite large.) :?
anyone on here got the road angel classic? if so, can you recommend?
or does anyone have the road angel 2 with bumper laser detector add-on?
any suggestions or thoughts are helpful.
rgds, BB.

the new scooby magazine doen a few write up / tests and the new road angel cam eout tops...

I think i have seen tthe new one for around the £320 mark but you may want to consider a group buy? some others may be interested in bulk purachse to get the price even lower?

any idea where the scooby mag can be purchased?
also, £320 would be a real bargain from what i've found. where, where, where??
a group buy may complicate things when coming through the post, but in interesting concept, who upfronts the money??
cheers gareth.

here is the scooby mag web site www.scoobymagazine.com

Have the original RA, not a bad piece of kit, but new one is better though.

Dont forget you are not 100% covered by these things though ops:

You could try this?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

And with group buys its normally individual cheques to the company but some so collect money before the purchase.... it all depends really.

That ebay hasnt got a bid yet?

i think a load of these have been nicked from a lorry, so people are real cagey about buying them from people because apparently they can't be registered/ think i saw it on scooby net about it. wouldn't want anybody getting ripped off

e-bay seller: the road angel 2 was bought by his brother, unwanted gift!
£150 brand new boxed, looks very tempting (too tempting).
8 hours to go on ebay, no bids,.... hmmmm!!
why does he not take it back and get 400 quid in his pocket, has he lost the receipt?
maybe i'll wait.

cheers peeps.

RE Road angel 2

I was in Halfords this week and enquired that if i bought 2 of them would i get enything off? and to my surprise they said i could have them for £350 each and at the moment they come with a free gift( Williams F1 car cleaning kit) worth £50, so i snapped his arm off and had them. give them a try if you know anyone else who wants one.
