Not that it's been long enough to tell yet, but I have tried my WRX on ebay & within 5 mins somebody offered me 1000 less than my reserve

Clean, tidy, runs well

Cheers Gareth,

I didn't like to start dumping F/S ads on the forum, I only found this place yesterday & don't want to make enemies befroe I get started

I did see that one on ebay, lots of them seem to go unsold but it's a cheap advert & probably worth the few quid it costs.

cheers

John

Hi John

I think what you are experiencing is basically a slump in the 2nd hand car market and I have noticed across the various sites that Scoobs don't really seem to be shifting Just stick with it mate as Gar says cos Ebay can be a bit of a minefield at times when trying to sell something.....one week loads of interest another week nothing.

Cheers

If it's on ebay, many people expect it to be cheap!!!

The price seems reasonable.

Send us the details at class@scoobymagazine.com with a picture and we'll put it in the forthcoming issue for free.

That also goes for anyone else selling cars or parts.

Send a message via MSN to buzz
They will always hit low expecting you to accept their offer, thats what ebay is all about.

Obviously you know what you are prepared to let it go for, so stick it out.

Thanks Peeps

I think i got a bit concerned over the weekend, it was the last day or two before it being "ready" to sell & hadn't got people beating at the door !

In reality, it's a fun 2nd car & if it doesn't sell for a while, it doesn't matter that much.

Thanks for the advice & support. Will email details highlander
