rally wagon history here

when i first bought the car it was spanking new, but damaged.
it had been for sale on a car lot, when i fire broke out in the building next to it.

basically.....
everything melted on the drivers side of the car.
lights... trim... weather seals, interior bits... it was a mess!

melted headlight for example

this car got HOT!!
thus... why i named him Burnsie the Rally Wagon and put flames all over him.. yeah i gotta sense of humor...

more melted pictures here <---

took a bit to get it road legal - but the car was purchased for less than 1/2 what it would have cost new... and the mechanics of the car were perfect!!! Had about 1k miles on it at the time it was signed over to me...

i've replaced most of the melted mess...
but left some for 'show and conversation'
makes a great converation piece at events

Subie Gal... Mike Panes (http://www.subaru-impreza.org/ancro.shtml) would like to send you over an email asking how succesfull the buying of stickers for the car has been for you (is that ok?)

Mike is a co driver in the National Championships over this direction...

I mentioned it to mike today and he thinks it could be a good thing to do for them through this site (as they havent got their own set up yet)...

AND, the woods  I on my way

That's awesome Jamie! I bet it was the stickers that did it!

If you ever run the Burnsie Wagon in TX let me know! 8)
