New STI backbox installed

Hello all, changed the default backback for my WRX and can i say its looks alot better and sounds a little bit better. There is not much difference in sound althouh there is deffo a deeper burble on it....

I have the zaust free from a friend who wouldnt take any money for it....

Looks good mate and I completely agree with any kinda of pipe that gives you a bit more of the legendary Flat Four Burble - Nice one

Hows it Gears? He's not really into meets etc just drives a chipped STI as company car :shock: Bought a new Zaust for his and gave that to me

Wow, I wish that could be my company car! A chipped STi, what a lucky guy!

I wonder if the STi backbox will mate up to my existing exhaust? Do you by any chance know what diameter the STi box is?

The reason why I'm asking is I have been thinking about getting something that looks a little more understated and maybe not quite so loud. The STi zaust looks awesome.

without measuring it i think its 3inch... What you got on your WRX now? The twin back box?

Have the STi box on mine, should be a straight replacement.
does sound nice, deeper than stock box and supposed to release a few more ponies!
