Wales Rally

The FIA World Motor Sports Council has confirmed the full championship status of the Wales Rally GB, Britain's round of the World Rally Championship, in September for 2004.In confirming the Wales Rally GB on the WRC calendar, the FIA has accepted the findings of a Motor Sports Association report but has also decided that the 2004 event should be observed to monitor the on-going speed camera situation.
Wales Rally GB confirms full WRC status.

Whey - back in the house now! And i'm posting again!

So then how to attach a pic! phew :roll: i've just been looking to see if i can easily exaplin and well, i cant! :wink: - but ill have a go...

There is an IMG button on the message board (just north of where you a typing a new message) this works like this: (please note... it points to web space so you need some of that - but if you need some let me know and ill sort a small space out for whoever needs it)...

Click IMG button -- this then displays >> [img] Then type your web address for the image Like this >>>> http://www.subaru-impreza.org/gallery/albums/userpics/gp_garage/normal_garage_0293.JPG Then click the IMG button again:

So the whole thing would look like this [img] www.yourpicture.com [/img]

The result would be this:




Trust me - its simple... but if you want me to explain again i will. Until i see a picture on the board :twisted: i wont stop...

Did it work? - Also there could be another easier way of doing it (i.e. attach a picture) but i will need to do around 3 hours work to get it installed. If its required to keep people happy then i shall do it no questions asked...

Last year i had my user name( From another scooby forum, soz ! ) in the camper van window and got a knock on the door and shared a few beers and yarns.. Maybe some one could come up with a Subaru-impreza.org banner we could print of and put in the car

Starting to drift into the keyboard now.... Started off about 24 inches away but now its looking like 2 inches away.....

AND - I have been phoning aroufd today for insurance (up for renewal 1st may) - Phone the AA and they said cant do it! so they passed mem over to the underwrites....................................... ............... I couldnt believe it £4,148 they quoted me........ I didnt tyoe that wrong either! :shock:

I did the Rally Wales from 1997-2001 every year but haven't been 2002 and or 2003. There is nothing quite like seeing the guys throwing the cars around a Welsh forest in freezing conditions........out of this world.

I was intending to get across this year as its in September (just gotta make sure it doesn't clash with my wedding anniversary, I mean could you imagine) so would also be up for meeting up

Ok the stickers have landed! - Well, you may think they are expensive ( i do) but i couldnt get them any cheaper! - the bloke says he can drop the price if i bulk order but............ well unsure if many people want them :shock:

Yeah, be up for meeting at the Wales rally. Why stop there? Other rallies are advertised in Autosport or Rallysport (Newie you know the one) magazine. Perhaps we could meet up at a stage for another rally? We recently went to a stage in the New Forest (Sunseeker rally). Will check out the net and see what's on. There were loads of scoobies and evo's there
