Oil plug and filter change advice?

Hi there

sorry if this is in the wrong section but want to do a basic service.

Firstly what oil and filters?
What plugs and how hard are they to change as I cant see them?
Is there anything I should look out for when doing the oil and plugs?

Plus what panel filter do people use? k+n etc.

Any other tips are greatly appreciated...

Cheers

Steve

Would choose the green panel filter over a K&N,Ran a K&N panel in a RS turbo and an audi 80 sport yrs ago an were pretty heavily oiled-your car being an 02 its not so much of an issue with the maf sensor but out the 2 would choose the green.

(classics 99-00 had issues where oil vapour were being drawn in with the air flowing through the filter and coating the maf sensor causing incorrect readings/fuelling)
