iv,e just got my first scooby and it needs a good service , whats the first thing i should do. its a impreza wrx on a 93 k reg cheers.

hi every 1 , i drive a subaru impreza wrx import k reg. need some help on changing the spark plugs any help would be greatfull.

alrite mate easiest way i've found is, take the air box out for access. 12mm spanner (i think) for the bolt on ur coil packs, pull them off then 16mm plugspanner and i find if u use a flexie knuckle its just the right lentgh. or a very short extention bar. u'll have to take ur ratchet off tho an undo by hand once there loose or u'll not get everyting out in 1.
same on the other side. but more fiddley. if u got big arms u may be better doin it from under neath the car on the bat side. hope that kinda helps

as with any car an oil change is the most important, more so with a turbo car! the rest spark plugs etc you can do yourself on the cheap plugs/air filter etc followed by gearbox/diff oil fuel filter etc..
