Well the wife now owns the green my98 uk turbo we are selling her my98 uk impreza sport if anyones interested give me a shout
Ive now got a Black my98 WRX STI version 4
Ive just got to sort the paintwork out before i post a few pics im gonna do before and after pics so you can all see how bad the paint was

My god in this climate ya doin well to own 2 scoobys when theres a few thinking of selling up

-would struggle to justify one these days as my main car with the price of fuel.

Actually i got 3
my98 impreza sport (non turbo) but looks like a turbo
m98 impreza uk turbo
my98 WRX STI version 4

Heres the pics of the WRX STI version 4

this is how bad whole car was with swirls when i cleaned of all the wax and coloured polish

this how it looks now after the first attack with my machine still got a long way to go till i'll be happy with the finish

Has the drivers side been sprayed ??looks a different finish to how the bonnet started out.

The stuff youve done though mate looks loads better.

no its not been sprayed its just the light dave
it werent the best spray job to start with but will get better with me working on it

what you've done looks really good and i'd be happy with a shine like that, but mines silver and is a bit hard to get a decent reflection. Unless any one knows something that might help.......Dave?

Try einszett metallic polishwax followed by collinite 915 or p21s concours carnauba wax, even by hand difference will be very noticeable-use a terry cloth applicator rather than a sponge one though for the einszett as when using a polish sponge ones dont aggrivate the polish or are rough enough on the paint if ya like to smooth it as much-however use a sponge for the wax as you`use less product.

Einszetts £9.99

P21S around £20

Collinite 915 £20-£25 depending where from.

You could get by with the einzsett on its own to be fair its quite good for the money.
