Hi,

New to the site.

I am trying to find some info about my car as far as its factory power output.

Its a 1994 impreza WRX import.

Anybody know?

ScoobyClinic said yesterday it should be around 260bhp.

this sound about right?

Hi, Ash.

Output for the 94 WRX wagon was 218 & for the STi 258.
If ScoobyClinic said 260bhp you must have the STi wagon?

GF8B58D =. WRX 5 door / 218
GF8B58D =. WRX STi Type RA 5 door / 248
GF8B58D =. WRX STi V1 5 door / 258

not that I am aware of.

but he said it was 260bhp because it is not an official uk import, it came over from Japan 5 months ago.

Not sure how true this bhp thing is with it.

anyways, my reason for asking is that I am looking to aim at the 300bhp mark.

Which is the best way of getting to this mark from peoples experence?

hi ashley.. why not take it to a rolling road setion to find out your horseys...
ill be doing the same with my 93 wrx once ive had my new exhaust fitted on.. you can then deside on what you want to upgrade your power....(bigger turbo)remap..its endless to a degree depending on £££££££££££££££
