question is though, what would it have got had it not been restricted by fuel econemy, exhaust system etc

Sports cat aint holding it back much mate Fuel econemy?? Mind you, did get 15mpg when it was mapped!!

Its maxed out the injectors and the turbo... You figure it out

not a very good idea to run the injectors at max flow and cycle, there in lies your restriction, and you'd be amazed how much the sports cat makes.

Its got a fuel reg to give it that bit extra to make it safer

The mapper said my turbo is only good for 350bhp anyways, so 7bhp I aint gonna feel am I?? 440cc injectors too.. Pleased with it

yeah its about max as you say, def think if your running that high on them worth switching out for 550's, o well bit late now

what turbo you running anyway?

No worries about the move

I'm running a VF24 at 1.2 bar boost

The mapper wouldnt go any further because they break after anything past 1.25 or 1.3 he told me, so for safety sake, its fine

When I get my engine rebuild, I might even be going for 740's, but we'll see I'm thinking to stick with my gut and just make a decent engine, bomb proof

sc450 mate, 450bhp and will last

Personally so far think phils doin ok for the mileage his cars done, though less about the std internals phil you started with a sti aint exactly a uk turbo like mine an tidgys
