New tyre advice needed please!

Any advice welcome! - After a front tyre puncture I have my nice yellow space saver tyre on- the other 3 are low profile tyres on 18inch rims (car is a 2001 WRX prodrive spec)

My questions are:
1 -I know strictly speaking you should change all 4 or at least both front or both back tyres at the same time to avoid damage to the 4x4 system. The other tyres are virtually new so should I be ok just changing the one?

2 Should I try to avoid driving as much as poss with the space saver tyre on as its probably a different size to the other 3? It might be days before I can get to a garage during opening hours

3 - The tyre says on it 225/40 ZR 18/88. I understand the ZR refers to speed and ZR is about as fast as it gets - too fast for me! What tyre numbers should I give to get the right size tyre without going overboard on spec? - or shuld it be exactly same as the other 3?

Thanks

Subaru states that there should be a maximum of 2/32" (treadwear) difference between the tires. You dont want to have different sized tires on your car. You should keep everything congruent. That is one of the faults of having AWD. Anything more or less puts the drivetrain in a bind. Hope this helps.

theres only 4 parts of contact with road on your car, if you pay for crap thats what you'll get.

when it come to tyres its def worth paying for some top quality ones, for example toyo t1-r or t1-s, ruglhy 80 per tyre
