forgive my ignorance!
hi guys, can someone clarify what the pcd on my dec 04 wrx alloys is?
i am looking to replace my alloys but have been told by various suppliers that it is 100 mm up to 05, but by others it is 114mm from late 04; the car was brought new through cyprus but is a uk spec;secondly, i have been told that my car has 1, 2 and 3 cats by different experts ; can someone tell me how many there are and on which pipe(s) they are fitted; finally, can i remove one or all of these cats when fitting a performance exhaust or do i need to keep at least one for mot?sorry to be so thicko billy |

Hi Billy
Your P.C.D should be 5 x 100 mm. The P.C.D. on the 05 STi was changed from 5 x 100 mm to 5 x 114.3 mm. Bugeye's have 3 cats .... Blobeye's have 2.

Bugeye! Catalytic Converters.
Midpipe Uppipe Downpipe Blobeye! I'm not sure on the location. The 2006+ WRX has a unique exhaust in that it's downpipe is both the downpipe and midpipe sections. . . . , , ,
