Just a couple of little mods to get the power up a bit, feels a bit quicker through the gears for it

Have you done much to yours to get to those figures?

Glad your happy with it Lee

It might not be good for the fuel consumpsion on the motorway, but it will help you pick up speed quickier

Roughly what speed do you go along the motorway anyways? when does the turbo seem to cut in now??

phil, usually sit between 80-90 on the motorway if want to get somewhere in a hurry or just sit around 70-80 normal driving. Michael ive done the following

magnex decat downpipe
vortex de cat pipe
vortex middle section
vortex back box
induction kit
dump valve
and a tek 2 remap

On its first power run it got 325 which he said he was please about, then after a bit of adjustment got 329 and i was thinking dam, come on just get one more hp and then a little more tweaking and 336bhp came on the screen.....

all in all really happy with it, i have noticed it drives a very different now, especially from the lights or coming of a roundabout

Cant wait till summer to come and have dry roads, im still driving it like a girl on country roads probaly because of the crash i had last year, need to build up the confidance again

Sounds great mate I sit around the same speeds as you on the motorway, but when going between 80 to 90 the fuel does go that bit quicker!! I find 70 to 80mph is more than enough and fast enough too... I figure travelling 200 miles isnt gonna be done quickly (unless I go 100mph plus all the way) so I just cruise up the road and relax listening to music

I cant wait for mine to get the mapping done, I think its gonna be awesome

I'm also glad to hear yours is now running loads better I'm told you'll get better fuel consumpsion when its mapped also, so please, keep us updated on it

Drive safe mate

Did they use the IC spray on the last run?

I seem to remember geting pretty good figure but getting a bit more on the last run as they used the IC spray just before the run.

Good figures for the mods

Is it def a Tek 2 remap? Thought it would have been a TEK3.

As for fuel consumption, theoretically should get better mpg but with a bit more power available its more tempting to 'push on' a bit whenever you see a nice stretch of road in front!
