i have just found out i have a cd changer, where is it and how do i open it????

Normally under the passenger seat or in the boot under the parcel shelf.

Darko, no news as yet, went and saw soliciter but he said i have to wait for summons before we can see on what course of action to take. So just waiting for that dreaded letter to drop through my door.

NIP + Notification of Intended Prosicution

Should get it at time of Offence or within 14 days of Offence otherwise you are in the clear.....

but wasn't he arrested on the spot and charged with dangerous driving? just an after thought.

I had a summons, for speeding 6 months after the event with no NIP..did not stop them taking me to court...Im court they just read out that PC plod has signed a statment saying the NIP was posted...They do not seem to worry about if you recieved it or not..
The case was adjurned for police investigations and statements as I went not guilty (I go no guily to everything even if caught red handed.:lol: )
6 months later I get another summons for this offence and go to court plead not guilt again and the prosicutor ask for an adjurnment. I complained saying This has gone on for 12 months now and is costing me money to get to court. Magistrate said we will hear the case now. Prosicution had no paperwork so case was thrown out....:getin :getin :getin

You would be suprised at the amount of stuff the courts throw out when folks plead not guilty...;)
On my last day in court there were 4 in court 4 going not guily which took all day. Only one of these was found guilty. In court 1 they had 2-300 guilty cases £60 at time with 3 points...No wonder we get so many cameras when folks just hold there hands up and pay. If we all went no guily it would clog the courts and they would soon put a stop to cameras.

it must be said that i crumbled! was shaking like a leaf, i'm sure they took pity on me, £200 fine for 111mph, i was expecting loads more, especically after writng down all my monthly expenses and finding that i was left with money that i just could not explain, i must just have holes in my pockets! i even wrote down how much i spend on fags n' booze!:lol: but what ever i included i was still left with money that i could not account for.........'where does it go'?
