Flippin police

Was at the mid meet today and had a steady cruise back (was raining so couldn't give it any beens anyway).

pulled off the motor way behind a police car, which then proceded to stay in front of me round a large island and all the way up a hill, changing lanes all over, no indication.

if i did that he'd have pulled me in a second, grrr

anyone else had something similar to this?

i got pulled a few years ago for having a rear brake light not working by a cop car that did not have a properly working head light. after being quized in their back seat and being given a prodcer, i jokingly pointed it out to them as i left the car. whats good for the goose....etc etc

techincally they couldn't pull you mate, there car was defective, headlight not working properly, therefore they have to return and get it fixed. anyone they pulled would be let off on a technicality if they pushed hard enough

oh, and i was in a battered xr2, which are magnets. i think they were expecting me to be 17 wher by i'm sure they would have searched the car. turns out i was a 30yr old school teacher. i spent the duration on the back seat being told my rights by a trainee officer who kept repeating herself, so i just moaned about the amount of times the car had been broken into outside my house '5 times'. (where were they then?)

yeah always the same, they take the easy option, 90% of house burgleries go unsolved yet they spend millions on stopping people speeding, even though they say it causes less than 5% of accidents, me thinks they nee to rethink there policies.

anyway i shall step off my soap box now pmsl
