Hi there,
I had a scooby 4 years ago and these guys were without doubt the best and cheapest. Trust me when I say "I shop around".. I sold the scooby and after a few years missed it and bought another.. Again without doubt the cheapest and give no probs to modded cars.. http://www.greenlightinsurance.com/ |
Greenlight are great for Scobbies

I'm currently hunting for a good quote.
Get this, Admiral have quoted me an annual premium of £1366 fully comp with breakdown and legal cover. Thats with 3yrs no claims, 11 yrs driving, cat 1 alarm, on my drive for a 1995 wrx sti. Jokers. |
I stress again: Greenlight.. They love to insure sports and modified cars. I also called them about a cheap run around I have and it was more than the Impreza.
http://www.greenlightinsurance.com/ but better to gove them a call. They give better quotes person to person that over the web. Good luck. |
I got a quote today for £460 from Performance Direct, which I thought was pretty good. I've yet to shop around fully, but since I haven't heard of them before, I wonder if anyone else has come across them and can recommend them.

Just out of interest, what is full no claims worth % wise? Haven't driven in UK for 8 years and when there was on my dads company insurance. I'm gonna have 0% no claims.
Not looking forward to getting insurance when i come back:(. It's costing me 800 quid a year here in Japan for only 3rd party fire and theft on the RA. The WRX was only 280 for the same. |
