Which is THE ONE ?

Hi all, kind of newbie question or more likely expectation for advice

Looking for Scoobie to buy and very seriuos about getting it right first time...

Looking for as many oppinions as possible, also advice of what to look for when buying used SCOOBIE

Appreciate everyones effort helping me out...

Things worth mentioning are: I'm contracting in UK but citizen of EU, therefore can insure my car much cheaper than in UK so insurance/import and etc doesn't bother me to much also prefer left hand drive

Candidate NO1:

WRX
Import from USA
Year of make: 2005
2 litre/225 Bhp Engine
Left Hand Drive
Had minor accident, therefore both lefthandside doors replaced, car resprayed
12 000 Miles
Price around 10k

CANDIDATE NO2

WRX STi
Import from USA
Year of make: 2005
2.5 litre/320 Bhp Engine
Left Hand Drive
Had minor accident, therefore lefthandside wing and drivers doors replaced
2200 Miles
Price can be negotiated down to 14 000k

CANDIDATE NO3

WRX STi
French (European) version
Year of make: 2004-2005
2.0 litre/280 Bhp Engine
Left Hand Drive
30 000 Miles
Current price 16k but can be negotiated (I believe so)

I havent driven a WR1 yet

I'm having a few mad thoughts about my Type R at the moment... As its cost me so much, I aint selling it until I get bored of it, which will definitely be awhile...

I just need some advice on engine building.......

It seems like all making decision purely on whether car had accident or not...
Hm, as far as I kno both accdient had minor dents, and because these parts are not the ones to repair they've been replaced with Subaru original part.
Any more opinions ?
As for example European version has been made 2004-2005 doesn't that mean it hasn't got that new differiantial ?

Well, currently I live in UK as I'm contracting as IT engineer, originaly I'm from Lithuania...
Bet you never heard of it neither this forum had a member from such a place
This is where my Scoobie will come from... The only reason of getting it there is: I'm only 24 yoers old and insurance company wants 3200 a year to insure UK registered Impreza which is annoyingly stupid... Insurance LAW in UK is something I can't understand YET !
