it claims the engine was from a write-off/rear-impacted car..

Just for the bits i agree... fair few bits under the hood outside of an WRX by looks of it.. special sport yellow colour but uprated engine!... inusrance bit load of bollox cos youd wouldnt have a leg to stand on in an emergency...

Yep someone will get a cheap, quick car but insurence will be heavy as you will have to claim Turbo as a mod along withh all the other non standard sport extra's he has fitted

Probably be better off getting a WRX if first place

To be fair think young uns will be all over it like a rash-peter you have far too much trust in ppl-theres loads of cars about insured as something theyre not/started out as but now different engine, i know it aint right but trust me it happens,ppl just risk it.

have to say i was driving around with undeclared mods for a while, but not an engine kicking out 2 times the power, o and its a smash repair job as well

Not good. Was a write off as bulkhead damaged and needed re shell.... You can bet that never happened...........

On LADS they have pm'd highest bidder to let him/her know

to be fair, as long as it has been repaired correctly then it should not be a problem, insurance companies tend to write cars off that are very easily repaired and cost effective as long as they are acquired at the correct cost..........

BUT, there are also a lot of bodge-it' jobs out there............
