Scooby Ownership for the longterm?

Are you in for the long running with your scooby?

Who is thinking of leaving ownership?

Who is thinking over buying again?

If the depreciation isn't too bad in the 6months I've had the car.. I'm thinking of taking advantage of the £3000 quid of free fuel with a new 56 plate purchase.

What's your guesses at depreciation for my car ?
Bought new £27000 from Subaru Dealer 1st March 2006 - Type UK STI.

well i cant really comment but tbh my theory is that if i got a subaru i wouldnt use it everyday...i would be far too worried about it and running the thing would be another problem with fuel prices at the moe...i even worry about leaving my corsa, imagine something like a subaru then

but i will hopefully be joining scooby ownership within the next few years (wether it be a sport or turbo)

Had mine 2 years... and it mainly depends on the new tax increases. if it continues to increase as it is, then I might sell, although I have my little run around aswell now, so its not so bad...

I would miss it though, but then again, I may sell and get a classic...

Keeping it but modding it slightly more than it is now

But again, depends on the stupid tax things I've been hearing, but failing that, I might considering moving out the country....

I have thought about that to, Australia would be for me I think, I have friends there....

as you say, its the increases in tax and fuel, makes it very expensive to run....

I think its also due to the people coming into the country and us giving them £10,000 each without even doing a thing for our country.. I couldnt believe it when a friend at work read that out from a paper today... He also mentioned someone that's just got into the country pays £60 rent a week for a 3 bedroom house and the same house but someone buying it from here, who lives here, pay £800 for a morguage... I just couldnt believe it... I really hope something happens else people will be rather annoyed (and that's putting it politely...

I dont mind where I'd go as long as it wasnt in the UK!!
