F.A.O people in the know

If i were to fit a front mount intercooler, uprated oil cooler, vf34 turbo to my my00 uk turbo, what sort of bhp/torque, should i expect approx to get?, will i need to change anything else, such as injectors, fuel pump, oil pump etc?

What turbo does you car come with stock, Tidge? I might be a little worried about the bottom end. i.e. rods, pistons, etc.

td04, piston and rods are weak as paper mate, hence limited to about 320bhp, also y i'm after fast spooling rather than big power. also uprated oilcooler adn oil pump would help due to keeping running temps down

My car has a TD04, as well. I really dont see any harm in it. The VF34 is the standard STi turbo over here.

but then you would need the ancilliaries for the 2.5.

mate with same age as yours, fitted soprts CAT & exhaust, VF35, remap 295bhp & 285 lb/ft.

Has an STI8 tmic to go on & fuel pump, will easily see 310bhp for very minor outlay.

no mate there on top, but the 2.5 is a good start and saves buying a turbo twice

FMIC
Uprated fuel pump
550 injectors
VF34 turbo
Exhaust
Headers
Induction kit.
Tek3
346bhp been running this for at least a year. ate his gearbox and clutch but engine still going strong. He does lots of sprints santa pod and stuff like that.

2.5 is ok but a gearbox and clutch is a must. headers are usually changed at the same time...your 4.5k will soon end up ar 8-10k as mine did...
