o also got a strut brace and short shift fitted

I noticed a big difference, my ex has one in his Type R, a lot easier and smoother I always found.

What year is the car?

I wanted one for my wagon and struggled to find one cheap enough for the 93-97

The 97-00 are easily found though

it's a 98 so should be alright.......think i've seen some for around £40

i've seen some elsewhere for £40 just can't remember where......never mind......

it will have to be next month anyway, spent £170 on the car this month so far....and we are only 6 days into august......

isnt the short shift replacement of the normal gear leaver, so that its a lot faster and smoother gear change?

yeah mate, shortens the distance between one gear and another as far as gear stick movement goes
