Question What are these???

I noticed today that behind my front grill, in front of the radiator, there is a couple of black round pad/discs about 2.5" diameter. Anybody know what these would be.... i thought maybe airbag impact sensors???

Not grommets mate, they are flat pads that are fixed in front of the radiator with wires coming out of them heading back towards the engine.
