My new header :)

I just bought a new stainless steel header for the scoob.

What do u guys think.?
I orderd some insulation wrap for it yesterday so hopefully i can wrap it and get it fitted on Saturday as my mate has a pit we can work under.

What make are they, look nice & shiny.

It is a shame they will be wrapped & hidden. Take your time with the wrapping.

Thanks Curtiz, i will post up pics of my progress.

Hey jd, they are japspeed i think. They seem to be of a good quality, the welds look really well done. As you can see it comes with a fitted upipe too.

Any tips on wrapping anyone.?

make sure the wrap is wet as it makes it easier to apply.

ensure you have some of the silicone spray coating aswell to protect the wrapping.

order extra ties as you wont have enough.

Not sure what wrap it is. just orderd it from a place that sells motorsport parts.

i used the dei kit from demon tweeks, came with wrap, ties & spray.

needed more ties though, always get too many as you will be surprised how many you use or have you just got the wire?

They should be able to get you the spray aswell.

try and do an installtion right up and like step 1. pics, step 2 pics etc would be a good read..
