Its another birmingham airport stolen scooby story.Rons dad(mate with a 2006sti)last wk i believe it were left car there went away somewhere came bk-what scooby !!!!!gutted for him an his dad coz even tho its a lease car looked after it as their own and beyond and to make matters worse either the tracker werent working or they got round it so now the insurance companies refusing to pay the lease company out etc etc how craps that-not so bad in this case but if you owned the car a bit of a pisser to sort out coz obviously theyre insured as tracker working really sad tho, loved this car-probably stripped by now cracking 03 sti though.

While on the matter of insurance companies and trackers - I had a few months left on my insurance for my previous car (the one i traded in) so i simply 'upgraded' that insurance policy to cover the impreza.
But when I told them about the tracker they said it would have to down as a 'modification' and would cost me MORE !!
I tried to explain about the benefits of the tracker but they were having none of it. I'm not too bothered sine the policy runs out in a few months and I'm changing to someone else due to a better quote..

Anyone else had this experience ?

mate im one of those ppl that goes to stupid lengths to avoid mine getting nicked but at the end of the day theyre still to some ppl just cars-i can respect ppl as much for using them as any other ie leaving anywhere as i can ppl like me lol they are sometimes tho more trouble than theyre worth lol if he`d av asked me or said his dad were gonna leave it there i`d av told him a few`d been nicked and one attempted there but havent seen ron for a few weeks dint even know it had gone till i saw him last night in a loan car.
