subaru impreza uk300

hi ive recently brought my first Scooby, a Subaru impreza uk300 number 163 after selling my mr2 gt. im amazed by the cars power and performance and head turner when on roads or at fishing, I want know if fitting a louder dump valve will effect performance as im addicted to the whoosh. thanks
