Remap=650.
300 for licence fee
350 for mapper.
Tweeks about 80
Another remap after first one. 350

I just happen to have a MY99 STI ECU with licenced paid up for sale next week. Should save you a few hundred quid...

My99 onwards = Tec3 http://www.brdevelopments.com/

Pre MY99 = Apexi Power FC. http://www.andyforrestperformance.co.uk/

It is advisable to have as many mods as posible before getting the car remapped or you will be paying out more money for remaps after installing further mods.

Getting it mapped on road or rollers?
Most companies that map on the rollers then do final tweeks on the open road. So not much differance but it is easier to map on the rollers then a few tweeks for high speed on the road. Blasting up duel carrageways at 130+ for mappers can be a little dangerous. Although I think Bob does have a few surprises.[/url]

mmmm! interesting reading, thanks for that m8. certainly makes you think twice about playing around with the ECU, no matter who does it. complex stuff.
