heater runs cold all the time

Hi my heater is running cold all the time on my 95 import wrx. Im guessing air lock somewhere. Read that good place to bleed the lock will be after the heater itself, hose behind the heater and before the block. Could anyone suggest if this is right or anywhere else? Regards Gareth
