we all took a drive down to malton from hull about 50 miles away from hull, i followed him on the way back after the meet and the handling on his car was in a different league to the scoob & he couldn't go over 4,500 rpm  he's got 200 miles to go for the 1000 miles . nelson would have loved it 8)

i'll tell you what was surprising russ popped the boot of the fq400 and he said to lift it up & it weighed absolutely nothing, all panels on the car super lightweight  & when you looked at the bonnet you could see the engine through the grid thingy. was really cool, think he was loving the attention though pmsl

He should really notice the differance when he can get the revs above 4.500 rpm no boost untill he gets to about this level.

i think your right bob, he mentioned the turbo didn't kick in until 4,500 rpm. he said there is a huge ammount of turbo lag, but he can live with it pmsl  . he said it does 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, don't know how true that is? & that the clutch was a nightmare for stopping & starting :? it was really nice though, he's coming along to ten of the best 4 at elvington in july  with the hullscoobs 8) lol
