Incredibly hot today (36 in the shade.) and spent it all outside working on the car.

Hi Wayne.... overcast and looks like rain on the way here

Doing good mate... VF 28 arrived yesterday and gets bolted on tomorrow

You're gonna love it. Personally think it is a great turbo and way better than the TD05 on my old WRX.

Morning Pete, everyone. Just bought some Carbotech XP8 pads for the front of the scooby. I went to the main distributor and managed to blag a discount saying i was a an MLR member. But i still ended up paying more than 30 more than from another supplier (which i found out shortly after paying)

I've bought myself a 4 point TRS racing harness (things are getting serious) to fit to the car, does anyone know where i can get fitting instructions?

Hate it when that happens ... but glad it never happened to me

Why are you getting fitting instructions??? are they to give to me? before I bolt it in ?

Serves you right for mentioning MLR

Harnesses are normally fixed using the existing seat belt fixings. Either side of the front seat and through the rear seat where the 2 cushions join.

I assume 4 point as you are keeping the existing seats?

cheeky feck! Yeah, you will be bolting them in, just wanna make sure you put the bolts in the right place. this aint mechano mate, i don't want the last thing i ever see to be a windscreen and then my own arse
