Re: Friday

Morning all, the saga of my Clifford Cat 1 fitted by LM Audio continues. They picked the car up again this week to replace the whole system, even got Clifford HQ involved in this now monitoring progress. Not has the immobiliser connected for the last 4 months !!!! No central locking for 5 months, which means I can't get in to the boot !!
Also moving up north, well not all the way, it's up north to me anyway. Looking slightly west of Birmingham for a quiet village or small town. Will then need to make new Scooby contacts.

[Why you moving mate?[/quote]

My wife's job has been relocated to Birmingham, we're in Stevenage at the moment which would mean a 5 hour drive every day unless she stayed up there in the week. I put the feelers out last week and managed to get a job in Birmingham myself this week. I work in London so we had to make some decisions, fast. It means moving the family (2 kids) but it's a good opportunity.

Re: Friday

Had a call from the shop, seems that after months of problems the Clifford alarm had been shorting out under the dash which was knocking out my ignition system. Got the guys taking photos of the burnt loom and writting me a report. This is a known fault with Clifford and they have already released the fix.
So now, my car is all back together and works fine. Except for the central locking, they can't work out how to connect the Clifford to the central locking, Arrrhhhhh.
