Claim to Fame?

My claim to fame is that my cousin (on my dad's side) is John Sykes who was the guitarist in Thin Lizzy and Whitesnake and now has his own group - Blue Murder.
He also wrote the song - "Is This Love" by Whitesnake

Wow cat, that is awesome! Whitesnake rules! (I need the little headbanging smiley face)

Gareth, having something autographed by Phil Mills, excuse me, Phil, definetely counts.

I don't have much claim to fame, my second cousin used to live next to Simon LeBon from Duran Duran, and she hung out with him. Does that count?!

And one time I played Pictionary with Ed "Too Tall" Jones who used to play american football with the Dallas Cowboys. I used to work for a realtor who had a lot of the Cowboys as her clients. I also met Darren Woodson and Emmitt Smith.

I have no idea if you know who they are, but they are popular (U.S) football players.

My Great Uncle is Aubrey Woods Actor

You would know him from the original Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. He was the Sweet Shop Owner....

He is a Shakespear Actor and lives for the stage Darling........ Does not mix with us commoners

When I was a LAD a Leyton Orient player lived in our road "Tom Walley" and he used to take me to the home games and I would sit on the bench with the players
That's what probably put me off football watching them lose every week In them days they did not earn much and smoked Woodbines and raced pidgeons

OK beat this one - my great uncle designed the first one piece water closet (WC or loo) in 1876 called the "Beaufort" original - he was apprenticed to Thomas Crapper at his Marlborough works in what is now Gloucester Road in London. yes really - he designed many of the gullies and pipework that is still in use today. Shame he didn't get a patent on it!!!! as we still sell bathroom equipment to this day!!!!
