Its a 94 wagon, from a small dealer in Bucks. Pukka condition bar a scuff on the bumper which i'll do myself. A wheel stud was busted when doing discs, may mean its been stood a while though - waiting for MOT so i can do a proper test.
It has 17" off a later Scoob but fitted with breand new Wanli tyres.
Yes, that's what I said... sure that shouldnt be a "k" in there...

Spotted another one last night, very near, so going to check that out too.

Indeed, indeed... I'm so lucky that the other half picked 'em out. I'd have never been able to get it past her if it was my idea...
She did point out a twin-turbo Legacy last night, which looked nice in a 140mph hearse sort of way... sort of mad & cool... but no, gotta be the Impreza.

My plan, is as follows:

Paint the coving in the living room (1 hour)
Clean the car (9 hours)

Take the tow bar off the car  at last

Have a few tinnies

Superb ... it's that first one hour that is the secret to all the others innit?

You can always have a tinny or two while cleaning, thereby maximising your TCP (Tinny Consumption Potential)

This weather is lookng damn fine so far. I really, really hope "our" Scoob is sorted...

 I dunno. Rang the dude today, the one we wanted has a few MOT fail points & no work has bin done on it. He has another, a real beaut body & inside Fewise, but its auto. Not driven one, it might be good, but...

Been to see 2 others in the meantime, getting doubts about this one now. Both low miles, both look like high miles... todays one went like a beast but has mild rust on the arches. Mainly surface tho one has been scraped & needs a good sort.

Spending the pm searching round for more. Feeling a bit "back 2 square one" at the mo m8

Stick with it Alley Kat - you'll find one I met a chap last year who has a Automatic Wagon and whilst he said that it was quick....he did say that he thought having an Auto kinda defeated the whole buying a Scooby idea, I guess he meant the Gears are the fun part ? Anyway he was selling his Auto Wagon and buying an STI wagon instead Niiiice

As for what I am doing this weekend - well car engine bay and inner panels (door boot etc) will be clearning tomorrow.....in readiness for the show next week and I have a few little odd jobs to sort out around the house. Like the idea of some tinnies though as per Gareths reply

Think there's gonna be a new catchphrase "Tinnies". Think we will have a few this weekend too, after work

Had to widen the scope, but found some more to hopefully check out. The other half's stipulation of a wagon is limiting... maybe a few tinnies might help her see the light...!
Plugging on...
