well the hilux was going great for a week, then the rear diff & half shaft broke. toyota wanted £2000 plus vat to repair it, so scoured the earth for a replacement rear axle & finally found one after 5 weeks of it being off the road. couldn't see the point of reparing the diff in the original axle so just changed the full lot. touch wood its been perfect since & lisa, the kids & me loving it once again. it really is awesome, would recommend anybody to take one for a drive. its so much fun & that 3.0 turbo diesel engine is no slouch believe me  still love scoobs & the lads on www.hullscoobs.co.uk all doing well. they still talk to me

I missed 5th Gear the other night and have just looked at the TV listings and it's on tonight. I know that someone else on here likes the Pagani Zonda (my dream car!) and it's on there so I'll be watching it later.

Quote:
11.55pm Fifth Gear Channel 5
Tiff Needell takes a Williams Formula 1 Grand Prix car for a spin, finding out first-hand what the sport's glamorous racers have to go through. Jason Plato has the world's first test-drive in the £380,000 Pagani Zonda F, while Vicki Butler-Henderson pits a classic Evo 6 against the latest Evo 9. Tom Ford hunts notorious 4x4 hater Ken Livingstone and there's an investigation into killer signposts.
