splines on rear diff (classic)
hi can any one help me i have a 93 impreza which i am changing the rear diff on as i have changed the box and need a 4.111 diff,the existing diff on the car is a 3.454 which i think someone hs fitted...

hey ppl how r you all.
can any one tell me if an auto impreza's rear diff would fit a manual one and if so wot the ratio is of a 95 auto wrx rear diff thanks peeps:rolleyes:

hi it helps alittle i have just looked at the rear diff that is on it and it has 3.545 on it so this means it not the right one for the box? and i need to get a 4.111 yes? wot will happen if left?

hey there ppl i have a 93 wrx gearbox code ty752vb3aa well that wot says on vin plate,bought another box (same code) but when we fitted it the one we took out was ty752vn1ba, (must have been changed...

so as long as the final drive is the same the gearbox will be ok?
or does the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th gear ratio need to be the same?:confused:

yes have changed filters air/fuel i have cleaned the boost solenoid but will do it again for good measure plus i am awaiting on a friend to bring over another waste gate actuator to try once tried...

still boost problem
hi there peeps still got trouble with my 93 wrx boosting,done a code check and was map sensor which i then replaced then did a ecu reset.

well done a fault check and came bk with 45 which is the pressure sensor would this be the cause of losing boost ? i havent a clue

not any warning lights at all coming on but have been told may be the mas sensor so am gonna do a code check shortly
