Does sound like the Stereo to me....... can you not remove the stereo and see if problem goes over the next few days....
Have you got the CD changer in the boot.... maybe box has damaged that...

Well you do not want to be towed unless all four wheels on ground otherwise flatbed job only...
You will need a new key and it will need programming to the ECU by a main dealer...

These are very good seats, A lot of Honda owners have these seats (As Buddy Club do a lot of Honda Parts)
Quality wise on par with Sparco, IMO....
