Im really thinking its a maf sensor... but would 70 for new one.........
I changed the knock sensor about 6 months ago too.

I think they did it cheaper as I got the pads from them too.

Remap sounds good, but its been done by pro-drive, does this cause a prob?
I think ill have new plugs and leads fitted anyway as they havent been done in the 2...

Unfortunatley the only tip i have is to sell your scoob and and walk,

I was wondering if anyone has any good tips, I know people are going to say "stay off the boost" but it doesnt make that much...

i use the connecting the green and blacks method, press the accel to the bottom and bring upto half way for 10 secs, then when i start the engine the light starts flashing indicating the ecu is reset...

Hey people.,

My car started to do something weird.
in 4th an 5th gear, if I put my put my foot down to the metal the boost blips up to 1.5 and then back to 1.2 again, then back to over 1.5 then...

just in case anyone gets the same prb.......the scoob garage i use where really confused.......they found that the bearing was rolling around on the hub, and it was scrapping, and made some damage...

ok, ive come to the conlusion that the noise is the wheel bearing..i bought one for 49, which is about right....

NOW...i have phoned around loads of places for quotes to fit it...the prices vary...
