PCWRC: Nutahara misses out on title.
Multiple Japanese rally champion, Fumio Nutahara has had to settle for the runners-up spot in the 2006 FIA Production Car World Rally Championship, after failing to score enough points in New Zealand to overhaul Nasser Al-Attiyah.
