re: Tein Super Street Coilovers with Upper Mounts (SOLD)
Hi Andrew sorry do not want to buy, advice instead please if poss. I have the same coilovers fitted when I bought the car, and its mega hard. Can I adjust them softer at all ? or how would I go about replacing them ? I do like the ride height though. I have MS and the ride is so painful. Cheers mate Take care TC

re: Tein Super Street Coilovers with Upper Mounts (SOLD)
to be honest i bought them off someone else and never had chance to fit them to my car as someone smashed into it and it got written off. hence why they were for sale(they are now sold). they have small clickable dials on the tops of the units which click/rotate to harden and soften them, they are supposed to have 16 clicks in total but going beyond 12 clicks (hard/clockwise) is not advisable( or so i'm told) , but Teins (i have since learned) are a notoriously hard ride and some believe should be left/kept for Jap roads only. you will have to work out what setting they are currently on. if you do them up too tight i think they can be damaged. perhaps turn the dial anti clock wise to soften them right down. the fronts can be done from under the bonnet. But you may have to ask elsewhere how to successfully get to the rears as they are behind the rear seats.
Andrew

turn them fully clockwise until it stops that is the hardest setting then turn back counting the clicks 8 is the factory setting i put mine on 10 front 12 rear its still pretty hard though don't go past 16 it can damage the shock
