Got another mate looking at taking his rover v8 out his mk1 granada and replacing it with a sml block chevy and blower out through the bonnet later this year, though to be fair he(and a few others) are landrover mad and i reckon his landy will take priority.

just a few pics of a few mates with their(old in some cases) landys-the blue discovery well stuck were lee`s old one(wagonwheel on here with the red classic wagon)

Lees discovery were about to be drastically modded though later-im sure he`ll post pics.

Yep great fun, Had a Series 2 myself done all the off road bit was great fun. We once went to a quarry where it were frozen over. Guy said water were 2 foot deep under the ice. So we went for it Ice held us for about 20 feet then we dropped through..... Guess what it was 3 feet deep and we were stuck as the ice held us fast , great fun ... Got out in the end and kept her running........ Got some pics somewhere not digital though. Was quite a few years back. Great days

dont worry bout that mate he`ll be on it shortly, think hes also getting some new leaf springs made for the back due to the weight of all the steel.

"apparently" again dont laugh adams making the box from steel now us lot"his mates" are sceptical to say the least on this figure u ready...........

300mtrs of 1" box section welded side by side to form the sides of the box(thats alot of welding)the thing is ive argued why dont he just do an x corner to corner on all sides but the face with the speakers in then a frame missing the speakers then weld steel plate to it however reckons it will flex though dont see how-been down the long arguement route etc etc but hey i aint the european champion in my class so what do i know

To say im curious would be a severe understatement !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
