Check Engine Light

I'm having trouble with my Check Engine Light, it's constantly flashing, I did change the lambda sensor in the exhaust as it was calling out for this. I've researched it and due to the fact that the relays are going and the fan is coming on and off, this means it is still in diagnostic mode. I'm aware of the plugs underneath the steering column method, the pulses are stating No Fault and this is also what the software is reading when my mechanic plugged it in. This is a V5 Type R that has the plug in port underneath the steering column, could it be that the green and black plugs are still connected or are there other ways of it remaining in diag mode.

I would greatly appreciate some help.
