Raines to make debut for Hall of Fame.
With Terry Labonte having succeeded in getting the #96 Hall of Fame Racing team into the top 35 in owner points after the first five races of the season, Tony Raines will make his debut behind the wheel of the #96 Chevrolet this weekend at Martinsville.
