induction kit

i have a 98 sport 2.0.
i would like to put an induction kit on but im told its not just a matter of swapping the airbox for an induction kit.......
any advice guys

Some one correct me if im wrong but what else would you do rather than just swap the airbox for an induction kit

uprated panel filter is another option, prob better than an induction kit untill yu reach a certain level.
