Re: suspension help

No personal experience but these seem popular.
Suspension : Subaru Impreza BC Coilover Suspension BC Racing

Ring Ben at Eurospec they have experience with "BC" stuff
Eurospec 2000 : Japanese Performance Car Tuning, Servicing & Repairing

TEIN ones are great quality but expensive.

Re: suspension help

Teins are very stiff, the spring rates are designed for Japan roads not UK.

Best bet for uk roads are AST.

Re: suspension help

I have to agree with JD. From experience, TEINS are rock hard and are designed for Jap roads - avoid.

I have AST coilovers and the dampers can be easily adjusted for road or track use. On the softest setting they are as soft or softer than normal sti setup.
I think that Litchfield Imports have just revised the design of them. They can supply and fit them. Remember to get a a full geometry setup done once fitted though i'm sure you will be told this and given the option when getting coilovers fitted. all in, the package may cost over 1500. Litchfield

Or for a few hundred quid more you can get the full Type 25 package Litchfield

Plus of course you will have to pay for fitment and geometry setup.

the other option is to get aftermarket shocks and springs.

Re: suspension help

They are very good quality.

Available from AST / Powerstation / Litchfields. All based in Tewkesbury. I think AST are still in the same building as Powerstation and what Custis doesnt know about setting them up isnt worth knowing.

I know that Curtis is working for Litchfield, Litchfield and Powerstation are no longer connected. i believe Curtis has revised the AST suspension some what to irradicate previous issues with them failing.
