Wastegate actuator

Does any1 know of a way I can check if my actuator is workin properly? It's not an adjustable it's the standard one off my 03 sti

u can get it check at the garage they put a pump like tool on it to see if it can hold the pressure to see if it leaks or over travels i had mine tested at power station
