Don't have one myself (would like one one day though) but HKS, APS etc seem to come up a lot in conversations. They are pricey by all accounts, but as with everything you get what you pay for. They aren't all the same badged differently otherwise it would be an easy decision. Of course you don't have to pay mega bucks but just be careful of real cheap Ebay front mounts and you must get it properly mapped whatever you get else you'll suffer from lag and it may run rich. This will add to the overall csot though. Oh, you'll also need an induction kit as the airbox will have to go for the pipework. I'm sure other people will chip in with other suggestions.
And they do look cool. |

i got a 200 quid one from ebay and cant fault it to be honest apart from a slight mismatch where the pipe join at the front of the engine but a little wriggling and it fits
![]() Once mapped it made a hell of a difference. No more heat lag after sitting at lights.

Ive already got a HKS type-r FMIC.but i was just interested if there really wothe £1100 i like mine i ran it not mapped at first then after bout 2-3 week i did and i could tell a major difference!!!just me m8's wanting one for his and he aint got daft money he says so i was just after some idea!!!!cheers lads.ye thought bout scooby clinic has he only lives 10min away from there
