Drilled and grooved discs

Hello,I'm new to this as I've just (4months) bought a 2002 wrx sti, the problem I'm having is I've just put new drilled and grooved disc brakes front and rear and they are making a terrible noise when braking at slow speeds
All help much appreciated cheers

well if you have holes and grooves on your discs what do you really expect ?
the pads are now sitting on a surface with grooves and dimples in, they are going to make a noise as pad hits every groove,Im always shocked when people wonder why they make a noise lol
