Lightbulb dash light bulb or loose connection

Hi,
Started the car tonight after work and noticed that one of my dash bulbs was out (the one that lights up both right hand side of speedo and left side of rev counter) then after a few minutes it came back on.

All other lights on the car are working even when the dash bulb temporarily was out

If the bulb is on the way out how easy is it to remove the cluster and replace the bulb?

If its a loose connection how would I trace the fault?

Car is a MY99 Turbo 2000.

thanks in advance

This happened again, first thing this morning.

I think it could be caused by the cold weather.

Is this a common fault with classic's electrics not fully working in extremely cold weather because once the cabin warmed up the light came back on?

a lot of older cars have this problem, could be just a loose bulb or connection as you say.
Its not difficult to take the cluster out but can be very fiddly to get it all back together after.
