Knocklink Mod

Had my knocklink fitted on friday at scoobyclinic, due to the time available the guys didnt have the time to fit it where I wanted it (no fault of theirs, just me being fussy).

So I had a play this morning, away with the old fag packet size box to a more in the line of sight but out of the way move.

Thanks guys, the only problem is that the led's ar not really bright unless you look at them end on, and they are not that bright then

Anyone think I can uprate to brighter ones? they will be easy enough to do if i can.
not a sparky so dont know the ins and outs of leds ops:

You should be able to get brighter ones. My son just got a shift light that uses 5 LEDs and he could specify colour and brightness of each LED......

MAPLINS will do them, have a look online http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?...a=LED&doy=20m2

thanks pete, may need to bet "double" leds as the ignition on/off is much brighter than the normal running state.

Will have a look, cheers

Sorted it, came in a brain wave late last night

Trimmed the insulation back by a couple of mm and twisted the leds round 90 degrees.
Poked them through the holes resecured the backplate and gently eased the leds over towards me.
Now they point straight at my eyes
